The Executive Support Specialist will provide high-level administrative and technological support to the Executive office.
The Executive Support Specialist must have a specific communication style in which you “listen before you speak,” acting quickly and confidently to move things forward without extensive questions/direction. The individual must be an intuitive problem solver, anticipate needs, and be one step ahead of the Executive office at all times. Must possess a high level of technological knowledge to be able to troubleshoot on the spot. Expertise of the Microsoft Office suite is imperative. This individual will be expected to set the bar for developing best practices for digital tool usage companywide. Applicants must have thick skin, be professional, polished, and experienced in handling a multitude of tasks while maintaining a positive attitude and calm disposition.
