  • Overview

    The Account Executive will focuse on developing new and growing business among major agencies via strong relationships and superior client service.  We are searching for a dynamic and motivated sales person to manage the sales process with our customers. The best candidate will have a successful track record of in-depth research, negotiation, presentation skills, and meeting financial targets.


    • Generate/increase revenue of new and existing accounts from an established list of advertising agencies and clients to meet annual revenue goals.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to effectively maximize advertising opportunities and revenue growth.
    • Increase rates, activity, and share of business to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals, with specific focus on rate achievement.
    • Execute directives to maximize revenue goals and achieve pricing objectives set by commercial operations management.
    • Develop relationships with clients, agency planners and buyers through day-to-day interactions; actively grow industry relationships in order to gain marketplace intelligence.
    • Understand customer needs and look for opportunities to develop creative solutions, including customizable cross-platform opportunities that meet client needs. Increasing share from existing clients and generating new revenue.


    • Bachelor’s Degree Required
    • 5+ years of sales experience with national cable, broadcast ad sales or media buying background required
    • Excellent negotiating, presentation, and communication skills.
    • Computer knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
    • Ability to adapt to evolving business strategy and sales methodology.
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines on a regular basis.
    • Consistent achievement of established goals.
    • Ideal candidate must have large client, buying and planner contact list
