  • Overview

    ASRs are responsible for maintaining all aspects of account management for the General Ad Sales Department. This involves swiftly handling requests from multiple departments including Ad Agencies, Planning, Traffic, and Gen Ad Sales. Additional duties include: routine deal maintenance, generating concise reporting and providing administrative support as needed.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform daily maintenance of orders: (weekly allocations, shift requests, revisions, and rebrands).
    • Flight newly ordered deals according to client requests and upper management’s recommendations.
    • Collaborate with Traffic department to resolve scheduling conflicts, pre-empted inventory, and missing air materials .
    • Compile and send documents to ad agencies: MSAs, Flowcharts, Stewardship, Pre and Post logs.
    • Book added value and partner with Marketing group to ensure all marketing elements are properly executed .
    • Resolve billing discrepancies to ensure timely payment.
    • Effectively communicate with multiple team members across external and internal corporate functions.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required with an emphasis in Business, Advertising, or Marketing preferred.
    • Proficient in MS Office.
    • Understands written and oral instructions.
    • Fast and accurate computer data entry skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks, enjoy fast paced environment, and adhere to set deadlines.
    • High degree of organization and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication skills and phone manner.
    • Team and customer focused.
