  • Overview

    Responsible for all administrative aspects of Sales development, which includes building a robust infrastructure to support our strategic revenue growth. You will oversee all of the moving pieces and ensure that we have the right people, data, training, tools and resources to drive change and innovation to the Commercial organization. This role is critical to developing the right foundation for all teams involved in the execution of sales strategy. 

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the Administrative aspects of the Commercial organization.
    • Assess current team and recruit new talent.
    • Monitor and refine processes, metrics, and tools to maximize and track success of the Account Executives, including management of sales comp planning.
    • Develop targeted year-round training and development that educate and motivate individuals for success.
    • Point person to ensure sales team is getting all positioning and selling materials from Sales Marketing team.
    • Lead regular meetings to keep team up-to-date on progress and ensure that revenue goals are on track.

    Qualifications

    • 10-15+ years of proven leadership skills overseeing Sales Administration/Operations.
    • Change-oriented catalyst that actively questions existing processes, generates improvements, and supports and drives change.
    • Focused taskmaster that has proven ability to run organization authoritatively.
    • Deep understanding of the Advertising marketplace required.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Extremely detail-orientated and organized.
    • Strong collaborator with exceptional ability to communicate within cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to effectively distill and present information to Senior management both verbally and through documentation.
